Barcelona Meeting Point is the only international and professional real estate exhibition in Spain. Of an annual basis, since its founding in 1997, it has become a mandatory meeting for the real estate industry in the Autumn. In just five days, it offers the possibility to network with the most relevant personalities in the real estate world, find the best investment opportunities, learn about the latest industry trends, find investors for a product and, in summary, to make business deals. Barcelona Meeting Point offers new possibilities to adapt to changing times

The 19th edition of Barcelona Meeting Point, which takes place from 21 to 25 October in Hall 8 of Fira de Barcelona, ​​will offer a variety of ideas that everyone can participate.

In Attendance Exhibition you can participarcon stands from 12 m2 “turnkey”, fitted and equipped, or renting only the ground and the exhibitor customize your booth (rates per m2 vary depending on where find located). We also have a policy of discounts ranging from 10 to 30% depending on the type of exposure you choose.

Furthermore, we will organize the international Cluster “Shop in Barcelona Real Estate.” Consisting of a central meeting area – “Business Lounge” – and a perimeter own exhibition area of ​​12 m2 custom spaces for each of the companies wishing to participate. There you will make sales and contacts with real estate agents and end buyers from different countries who are currently buying more residential (France, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Germany and Switzerland), and of course, keeping assistance Russian and Chinese visitors.

The main novelty for 2015, we plan to create a new cluster called “Reform Point”, an area of ​​exclusive exhibition for companies linked to the reforms and rehabilitation of housing facilities, business premises and / or buildings, both residential and commercial. This cluster will consist of a central community meeting surrounded by private exhibition spaces (9 m2) for each of the companies wishing to participate.

As for the Trade Show, you can hire from an exhibition space assembled and equipped in the “Cluster Investors” (the exclusive area of ​​contact for investment professionals) with a central meeting area – “Business Lounge” for Networking- or a stand “turnkey” (mounted and equipped) from which you can request a quote “custom”. As in the Attendance Exhibition, companies can rent only the ground and build their own stand and can get discounts of 10 to 30% depending on the type of exposure.
